
The ladies in my Food-Idol Slayers FB group and I have been going through a 35 day challenge. While I post this, we’re going to be on day 28 of 35. So technically we’re not done yet but by the time some women read this, we will be.
I wanted to give women time to join us for the next 35 day challenge.
As of today, I have lost -11 lbs. in 27 days. I have also been able to get more sleep than maybe ever as an adult. I have made my sleep a huge priority and it has made a MASSIVE difference during my days. I have so much more energy. Thank you Lord for rest.
So far during this challenge I have discovered just how LITTLE I really was in the Word. Intentionally being in the Word for at least 20 minutes a day showed me that. I have loved it but have failed to do it every single day. Some days it’s 5 or 10 minutes but my goals remains at least 20.Tracking what I eat really feels like a chore most days but getting in the habit of entering some of my food ahead of time for the next day (planning most of what I eat) helps A LOT. I’ve had several days this month where I have fallen off the wagon, down the hill and into the bushes but this community of sisters in Christ has encouraged me and built me up. – Natalie Ferrand
